§ 26-10. Same—Duty when jury is drawn.

After a jury has been drawn in the manner provided in section 26-9, it shall be the duty of the presiding officer of the municipal court, or person appointed by him, to place all ballots so drawn out of compartment A of the jury box in compartment B thereof, and the same shall remain in said compartment until all the names have been exhausted in drawing juries from compartment A, at which time all the names in compartment B shall be returned to compartment A, and thereafter juries shall continue to be drawn therefrom in the same manner.
