§ 26-2. Jurisdiction.

Latest version.

The municipal court shall have jurisdiction to try and determine all cases arising under the provisions of this Code and the ordinances of the town. It shall also have such jurisdiction in criminal cases as is now conferred by law upon magistrates in the county.
