§ 38-71. Definitions.

Latest version.

Whenever the word "municipality" or the word town" s used in the code adopted by this article, it shall be construed to mean the Town of Williamston, South Carolina.

Whenever the term "corporate counsel" or town attorney" is used in the code adopted by this article, it shall be construed to mean the attorney of this town.
