§ 38-81. Prohibited acts and penalties.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to purposefully, knowingly, recklessly, or negligently cause or allow more than three false fire alarms to occur at a location within a period of 12 months.

(b)

A person who violates subsection (a) above shall be deemed guilty of a violation of a municipal ordinance, and shall be fined not more than $100.00 for each false fire alarm in excess of three false alarms within a period of 12 months.
