§ 58-1. Disorderly conduct.

(a)

Any person within the corporate town limits using obscene language, publicly drinking, cursing, swearing, fighting, quarreling, rioting, publicly drunk, or otherwise conducting himself in a disorderly or boisterous manner shall be subject to arrest and prosecution.

(b)

Any person properly arrested and successfully prosecuted under this section shall be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-12.
