§ 58-12. Loitering, loafing when ordered by police to move on.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, when ordered by a police officer to move on or clear any sidewalk, street or public place, when such place is being obstructed, or tending to be so, by persons standing or congregating thereon, to fail to obey the orders of such officer.
