§ 58-17. Alteration or removal of landmarks.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly, willfully, maliciously or fraudulently cut, alter or remove any certain boundary tree or other allowed landmark.

(b)

Anyone found in violation of this section shall be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-12.
