§ 58-64. Entering a public building for the purpose of destroying records or other property, or in fact destroying same.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to enter into any private or public school, college or university building, or any public building, for the purpose of destroying records or other property therein, or who, having entered into such buildings, to in fact destroy or damage records or other property thereof.

    (b)

    Anyone found in violation of this section shall be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-12.
