§ 58-66. Trespass.

(a)

That every person entering upon the lands of another after notice from the owner, tenant, and/or occupant of such lands or a police officer of the town prohibiting the entry shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

(b)

Violation of this section shall subject the offender to the penalties set forth in section 1-12.
