§ 58-156. Notice required.

(a)

Anyone wishing to have a parade or rally within the town limits of the town shall give at least 30 days' notice of the time and location of the parade or rally to the mayor and council prior to the date of the parade or rally.

(b)

Proper notice under the ordinance from which this section is derived as written notice to the mayor and town council.
