§ 74-47. Steps.

(a)

The procedure for review and approval of a subdivision plat consists of three separate steps. These are:

(1)

Review of sketch plan;

(2)

Review and approval of preliminary plat; and

(3)

Review and approval of final plat.

(b)

Steps (1) and (2) of subsection (a) of this section shall be completed prior to making any street improvement, installing any utilities or selling any lots. Step (3) of subsection (a) shall be completed prior to the sale of any lots in the proposed subdivision.
