§ 82-36. Driving, moving vehicle across median strip.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to move, drive or cause to be moved any motor vehicle across any median separating any streets, highways or roads in the town limits.

(b)

This shall not apply to road equipment in the process of building or improving any streets, highways or roads and the crossing of motor vehicles at marked and improved crossovers.
