§ 86-21. Connection to town water and sewer services required.

(a)

All residential and commercial buildings which are located on property with access to town water and sewer services shall be connected to and make exclusive use of the town's water and sewer systems and services.

(b)

Any person, including partnerships, corporations and other entities, found in violation of this section shall not occupy or allow the occupancy of the building until in compliance with this section, and such person who continues to not comply within 30 days of written notice shall face punishment as provided in section 1-12.
