The town council may establish, by resolution, any rules and regulations not inconsistent
with the Code of Ordinances or state law concerning the Mineral Spring Park, Brookdale
Park, Veterans Park, Gray Drive Trail, town walking trails, and any other parks, trails,
or recreational areas operated by the town.
